Recharge, restore and reconnect the body, mind and soul!

This class combines the elements of Slow Flow Vinyasa, with Isometrics, which is static strength training allowing the student to come to a place of engagement and stability in a pose.

The room is heated (85+) and dimly lit, allowing for the body to stretch more deeply and for a more focused, mindful practice.

Students will hold poses a little longer and feel the burn as you build muscle, inner strength and stamina.
