Prana Flow Vinyasa yoga is designed to be creative, inspirational and transformational, helping students to reconnect with their breath and body through fluid, rhythmic movement. Prana Flow Vinyasa is a creative and holistic approach to finding, and embodying, the dynamic flow of yoga. Students will learn both classical and innovative approaches to Vinyasa yoga and the state of Flow.
