Some like it hot!

This is our weekend heated yoga class. This is a Power Vinyasa class done in a heated room (85+ degrees). This class will help build strength, stamina, and the heat makes it easier for students to stretch more fully and deeply, as well as helping to experience that euphoric “yoga glow”.

This class is best suited to students 18+, who enjoy a more vigorous yoga class. This class is NOT recommended for anyone pregnant, sensitive to heat, or has any medical condition that would be adversely affected by the heat.
