Energizing Flow is our weekday morning class designed to get you going for your day ahead! The focus of this 60 minute class is Hatha based Vinyasa at a steady pace, creatively designed to increase energy in the body and encourage focus and clarity of mind through stress reduction.

It will also help you focus on your breathing slowing down your mind and raising energy levels up from the tips of your fingers to your  toes
