I have always enjoyed sports and being physically active. I discovered that yoga added a unique dimension that was missing from my workouts, energizing me physically while bringing a wonderful sense of calm, stress relief and mental focus.

I quickly realized that I had a serious passion for the practice and it was that passion and a particularly strong desire to help others reconnect with their bodies that led me to seek training to become a certified yoga instructor

My instruction is a blend of Hatha & Vinyasa yoga while also incorporating Restorative & Yin yoga in my classes. Using props and various pose modifications, I seek to create an atmosphere of accessibility and safety for my students of all ages and levels of physical ability.

My goal is to provide classes for students that are fun and creative, challenging and supportive while keeping to the belief that my role is that of guide and teacher, and that each student must listen to and honor their own body. Namasté
