Join us for a special event that includes 40 minutes of Yoga, followed by a private Scout and Cellar Wine tasting.

Wine is a tricky business, because when it comes to their growth cycle,  grapes tend to march to the beat of their own drum. Their natural  flavor, color and growing cycle is driven by nature. To capture sameness  and establish predictability, producers rely on synthetic pesticides,  chemical additives and sugar, which yield a product that tastes the  same, bottle after bottle, year after year.

Chemical pesticides and  additives also make it possible to maximize yields and hide flaws, like  bacteria and other unpleasant elements. Unfortunately, this processed  wine is chemically-altered and completely unnatural, and you can taste  it.

We’re here to offer a chemical, additive-free wine, which provides more natural, altogether better-tasting wine experience to everyone. We’re here to offer CLEAN-CRAFTED™ wine.

Yoga for Everyone

Enhance Your Wellness

Yoga is a great way to improve your endurance in other physical activities. After a run, or heavy workout, yoga will help your body relax while stretching, strengthening, and lengthening the muscles you were just working on.

Calm Your Mind

Yoga not only helps improve your body, but also helps with mindfulness and meditation. It is important to take a break from daily life in order to focus on yourself and get clarity. Focusing on your breath during practice is key to staying in tune with your mind and body.

Megan Kelly-Sasso, 200RYT Certified Instructor

I have always enjoyed sports and being physically active. I discovered that yoga added a unique dimension that was missing from my workouts, energizing me physically while bringing a wonderful sense of calm, stress relief and mental focus.

I quickly realized that I had a serious passion for the practice and it was that passion and a particularly strong desire to help others reconnect with their bodies that led me to seek training to become a certified yoga instructor

My instruction is a blend of Hatha & Vinyasa yoga while also incorporating Restorative & Yin yoga in my classes. Using props and various pose modifications, I seek to create an atmosphere of accessibility and safety for my students of all ages and levels of physical ability.

My goal is to provide classes for students that are fun and creative, challenging and supportive while keeping to the belief that my role is that of guide and teacher, and that each student must listen to and honor their own body…………..Namaste’

Sincerely, Megan

"My doctor recommended stretching exercises to reduce my hip and back pain.  I decided to try yoga for the first time.  I am so very glad I went to Yog~AHHH where Megan greeted me with warmth and made me feel welcome.

Megan instructed me with great knowledge and confidence to use yoga  to not only help relieve pain but to quiet my mind and build strength in my body.

Today, because of my new yoga  practice I am walking without pain and can even mount my horse without using a mounting  block!

I wholeheartedly recommend Megan as a Yoga Instructor. "

Class Descriptions

Yoga FUNdamentals

Key aspects of yoga are emphasized such as alignment, proper yogic breathing techniques, safe transitions, modifications and adaptations through the use of props to ensure a beneficial, accessible and enjoyable yoga practice for all students.

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another and each movement is linked with breath. They are commonly referred to as “flow” yoga.   Vinyasa classes offer a variety of postures and no two classes are ever alike.

Our Vinyasa classes are 60 minute upbeat classes that help build stamina while linking breath, movement, strength, agility, and balance.

These classes are designed for those looking for a more active yoga experience.

All levels are welcome as modifications and adaptations are always offered and encouraged in every class.

"Happy Monday" / "Over the Hump" Morning Flow

Happy Monday or Over the Hump Wednesday classes are our morning classes designed to awaken the body and help you start your day off the right way!

These 60 minute classes combines a Hatha based practice where we focus on the foundational aspects and poses  of yoga and proper alignment, with Vinyasa where we link our breath and creative sequenced movements.

These classes are designed for all levels.

Energizing Flow

te Energizing Flow is our weekday morning class designed to get you going for your day ahead!

The focus of this 60 minute class is Hatha based Vinyasa, creatively designed to increase energy in the body and encourage  focus and clarity of mind through stress reduction.

This is steady paced energizing yoga for optimal health &  weight loss.

It will also help you focus on your breathing slowing down your mind and raising energy levels up from the tips of your fingers to your  toes

This class is multi-level.

Peaceful Warrior Flow

Weekend Warrior is a Saturday morning 60 minute class that will help get your weekend off to a great start!

Appropriate for those with some yoga experience and are seeking a

faster paced Vinyasa based class.

Candlelight - Restorative & Relaxation Yoga

Traditionally, Yin yoga stretches and targets both the deep connective tissues between the muscles, and the fascia throughout the body.

The goal is to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility as the poses stretch and exercise the bone and joint areas.

This is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time—for beginners, it may range from 45 seconds to two minutes; more advanced practitioners may stay in one Asana for five minutes or more.

Many students enjoy the challenge both physically and mentally that finding stillness in the body and mind bring.

Our Candlelight Yin: Restore and Relax class is a unique 60 minute ambience that provides you the opportunity to experience long, slow and deeper stretch, supported fully with the use of props in a very calming, relaxing and quiet environment.

This class is wonderful for all levels who desire that need to relax & restore their body, mind and spirit where physical and mental relaxation is key!

More Classes

Gentle Yoga

Gentle yoga classes are appropriate for those who want a softer, nurturing, slow-paced, well-supported and relaxing practice.

This 60 minute class includes carefully orchestrated movements, controlled pressure, and well-measured stretches, including range of motion exercises. Postures may be approached in gradual steps, with plenty of time to focus on breathing and repetition so that the practice is simple to do and easy to remember.

A gentle yoga style encourages a highly individualized approach to practice with on-going  encouragement to make moment-to-moment adjustments.

Gentle yoga classes serve a variety of distinct needs:  people with movement limitations, or profound stiffness due to lack of activity; relief from disabilities and chronic conditions e.g., arthritis, back pain and other musculo-skeletal issues; recovery from  surgery, illness or injury; for seniors, new practitioners, women who are pregnant and those seeking stress-reduction or weight management.

A gentle yoga approach has even been found to be an important compliment in programs to reverse heart disease or provide relief from the challenging conditions of fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, as well as mood disorders.

Yoga Break!

If you’re at all like me, you find yourself feeling slightly bloated  and slightly lethargic mid-work day.

Squeezing in a 30 minute yoga practice post-lunch, 2-3 times per week, where the payoff will be well worth the effort.

Benefits to a lunchtime yoga practice:

  • Increased mental clarity
  • Provides great mini-workout
  • Positive social time
  • Improves mood
  • Helps beat post lunch sugar cravings and bloat

Great way to wipe the slate clean—forget the annoyances or  setbacks that may have happened this morning—the afternoon is looking  BRIGHT!

Even More Classes

Recharge, restore and reconnect the body, mind and soul!

This class combines the elements of slow flow Vinyasa, restorative yoga, pranayama, and guided meditation in a warm dimly lit room set to music.

You will hold poses a little longer and feel the burn as you build muscle, inner strength and stamina.

Viniyoga is not the same thing as Vinyasa flow yoga and it is all about adaptation. It takes a holistic, therapeutic approach to teach yoga that is designed to improve each student's health and well-being.

You can think of Viniyoga as yoga physical therapy or have a personal  trainer for your yoga practice. This is because the teacher tailors the practice specifically for her students needs.

That is why it's perfect if you need specialized attention due to  your physical condition, an injury or illness, or any other concerns.

Viniyoga also takes into account any past or current injuries or illnesses.

When you attend your average group yoga class, there tends to be a  one-size-fits-all approach. You are expected to make your body fit the  poses even though the poses don't always fit your body.

Megan may ask if there are any injuries, but no in-depth attempt  is made to know more about your personal physical condition. Two  students could have, for instance, back pain for entirely different reasons.

Megan will offer each student  different modifications tailored to the root cause of their problem.

Viniyoga is intended to be adaptable to any person, regardless of  physical ability.

A Viniyoga practice may include asana, pranyama and guided meditation depending on the students' needs. Because the practice is so adaptable,  it makes yoga available to those with physical limitations, whether  through injury, illness, or age.

It can be very gentle but is not exclusively so. If a student is more  adept, his/her practice will be changed to suit them.

There is a strong  focus on alignment and poses are often held for a consistent number of breaths with rest in between.
